Brett Rochkind
Brett Rochkind is a Managing Partner at Softbank Vision Fund II. Previously he founded and ran BRK Capital, a global technology investing platform based in Silicon Valley. Prior to founding BRK, Brett was a Managing Director at General Atlantic (GA), a global growth investment firm that manages more than $35 billion in capital, where he led GA’s Silicon Valley office and was the Global Co-Head of the Technology sector. Brett was at GA for 15 years beginning in New York in 2002 investing in Software, Services and Internet businesses and helped GA expand its investment operations into Brazil and Latin America. In 2009, Brett moved to Hong Kong to help expand GA’s China presence and explore opportunities across China, India and Asia. In 2017, Brett left GA to build a growth fund with Charles River Ventures (CRV), a 50 year old venture firm best known for early investments in Twitter, Zendesk, Yammer, DoorDash, Pillpack and Airtable.
