Mo Koyfman

Mo Koyfman has served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Shine Capital since September 2020. Additionally, Mr. Koyfman has served as a Managing Member of MOKO Brands since January 2017. Mr. Koyfman served as General Partner of Spark Capital from September 2008 to May 2016, and as Chief Operating Officer of Connected Ventures, a subsidiary of IAC, from August 2007 to March 2008. Mr. Koyfman previously held various M&A and business development positions at IAC from February 2002 to August 2007 and led the acquisition of Connected Ventures in December 2006. Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Koyfman served as an investment banker at Bear Stearns from July 2000 to February 2002. Mr. Koyfman has served as a founding board member of Sefaria since January 2013, and also serves on the Future Leadership Council of the Whitney Museum of American Art. He has previously served on the board of directors of ArtWorks, and as a member of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum Collections Counsel and the New York Public Library Tech Advisory Group.
