Neil Ackerman

Neil leads Worldwide (EMEA, APAC, Americas) Supply Chain Innovation and Growth Disruption for Kenvue, previously known as the Johnson and Johnson Consumer Health Company. Prior to this role, as an Expat in Tel Aviv, he led the development and scaling of the global Innovation Hubs for Johnson and Johnson across Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Consumer Products. In these leadership positions, Neil leads and builds an experienced global team while creating the holistic eco-system focused on collaborative partnerships (VC, Start-ups, Universities, Grants) in support of broad innovation. Prior to these roles Neil spent years at Amazon and holds 8 patents on fulfillment and logistics. Lastly, Neil has many years of experience with start-ups including as an Advisor and Board member.
