Yair heads the Tech Group at Herzog, Israel's top and largest law firm. Prior to joining Herzog, he practiced in New York at Davis Polk and Gibson Dunn - two of the most prestigious law firms in the US. At Herzog he led a talented team of the US/UK/Israeli qualifier lawyers working on cutting-edge innovative projects: venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and complex licensing transactions for top emerging companies and prominent cross-border strategic and financial investors. He is also an active angel investor in numerous Israeli tech companies and an investment advisor to a leading global venture capital fund.
